- Returns Postage:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. To ensure the safety of the contents and track the return, we require that all returns are sent using a tracked service. The tracking number must be provided to us when initiating the return process.
- Eligibility for Refund/Exchange:
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and labels intact.
- Refunds will be provided for damaged or faulty items, including postage costs.
- Refunds will not be issued for digital photos or downloadable products.>

Please double-check your order before finalising it to ensure that the products and quantities are correct. lowclassica is not responsible for customer errors in product selection or quantity. By making a purchase with lowclassic, you agree to abide by this refund/exchange policy.
Please note that lowclassica is not responsible for any damage that may occur due to improper placement, contact with windscreen wipers, pressure washing, or during cleaning. We do not accept refunds or returns for incorrectly applied decals or decals that have become damaged due to mishandling.
